The Senior Manufacturing Scientist provides technical expertise to improve and maintain performance, efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations. Plans sequence of operations and prepares specifications and operating instructions. Specifies, documents, and monitors scientific parameters to ensure process safety, control, and performance. Conducts tests throughout production process. Devises solutions to resolve issues and make improvements.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 3+ years of experience

• Must have experience flow cytometry, antibody / dye conjugation and bead technology.

• Must have strong technical writing skills.

• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.

  • The Reagents Manufacturing Scientist participates in technology transfer teams, presents and discusses technical and non-technical aspects of assignments with personnel across the organization, builds strong teams and uses leadership skills to engage team members in order to drive to action and achieve results.
