Senior Paralegal

We are a prestigious law firm specializing in plaintiff side labor & employment cases, dedicated to representing employees in disputes against their employers. We have offices in White Plains and Manhattan and are looking for a Senior Paralegal to provide comprehensive support in case management, litigation, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather evidence and information.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, including document production and interrogatories.
• Handle electronic court filings (ECF) and manage filings with federal courts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in plaintiff side labor & employment law.
• Strong understanding of federal court procedures and experience with electronic court filings (ECF).
• Proficiency in case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) is highly desirable.
