Cusdial WorkerThe custodial worker is responsible for performing routine building cleaning tasks and related work. This role involves routine manual work that follows established procedures and requires the efficient and thorough performance of cleaning tasks, you will be in charge of sanitizing surfaces, mopping/sweeping floors, taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms.Responsibilities:Remove bulk trash and recyclable products using mechanical equipment when necessary.Set up rooms for conferences and arrange classrooms and conference meeting rooms.Sanitizing surfacesMopping/sweeping floorsTaking out trashCleaning bathroomsEssential Skills:Experience with janitorial and general cleaning tasks.Ability to operate floor buffers and carpet shampoo machines.Capability to routinely move, lift, and/or carry equipment, parts, and job-related materials exerting up to and including 50 pounds of force.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to learn to operate power-cleaning equipment.Why Work Here?We offer great employee benefits once you become permanent, along with tuition reimbursement opportunities.Work Environment:This role offers various shift options to accommodate different schedules.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, DE.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $15.00/hr.
