Store ManagerPJ's Coffee of New Orleans is brewing more than just great coffeewe're serving Southern hospitality, building community, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Sienna location.As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our store maintains the welcoming, quality-driven atmosphere PJ's is known for. You will bring a passion for coffee, excellence in service, and proven leadership experience to help grow our presence in the Sienna community. Part time training period with potential to go full time.Key responsibilities include:Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standardsManage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and cash handlingDrive sales through community engagement, promotions, and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesFoster a positive and inclusive team environmentHandle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalismQualifications:2+ years of experience in food service or retail management (coffee industry preferred)Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations effectivelyExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)What we offer:$12.00/hour during training periodEmployee discounts on all PJ's Coffee productsA collaborative, upbeat work environmentOpportunities for advancementPJ's Coffee is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
