What You'll Do Here

  • Dive into the heart of our operations, meticulously auditing protocols, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Conduct phase inspections of ongoing study activities, providing real-time feedback and support to ensure seamless compliance throughout the process.
  • Perform comprehensive facility audits, ensuring every department operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements, leaving no stone unturned in our pursuit of excellence.
  • Oversee and actively participate in audits to maintain departmental consistency, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence at every level.
  • Prepare, issue, and meticulously track reports detailing observations noted during audits and inspections, ensuring transparency and accountability at all times.
  • Utilize your expertise to identify, evaluate, and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation across all facets of our operations.
  • Take the lead in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, serving as a mentor and resource for new and junior staff members, ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.
  • Engage in effective collaboration and negotiation with employees, clients, and management, gaining support and buy-in for quality assurance initiatives and representing QA interests in various workgroups.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience, providing you with a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Two to three years of related technical experience and/or training, including a minimum of two years of auditing experience in a GLP-regulated environment, ensuring you bring valuable expertise to our team from day one.
  • Professional certification such as RQAP-GLP or ASQ-CQA is recommended, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and adherence to the highest industry standards.
