IT Service Center Support Specialist

One of our fast-growing clients in the Charlotte area is looking to hire an IT Service Center Support Specialist to add to their team. The IT Service Center Support Specialist be at the heart of providing top-notch customer service, tackling IT hardware and software issues with a smile. The IT Service Center Support Specialist will dive into researching, resolving, and responding to complex questions, all while ensuring our customers are delighted with the support they receive.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $13 - $23 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
- The IT Service Center Support Specialist will have advanced computer troubleshooting skills and solve escalated problems and issues in a timely manner. The IT Service Center Support Specialist should have experience with ServiceNow and troubleshoot daily network operations. The IT Service Center Support Specialist a positive attitude who thrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating with key stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a genuine passion for helping others, aiming to enhance the daily experiences
- Offer valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Helpdesk and Support functions
- Strong proficiency in using ServiceNow
- Prior experience in IT help desk, service center, or technical support roles
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
