Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) - Expert to join our intelligence-based program supporting a key government customer. This individual will provide mission critical support to the customer by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she serves as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The expert TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) - Expert shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Map technology ecosystems, supply chains, global technology standards
  • Identify companies and capabilities of interest.
  • Review and exploit reporting across INTs to derive actionable leads.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent.
  • Twelve (12) years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, ‘red teaming‘, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation; and microelectronics.
  • Seven (7) cumulative years of experience with at least three of the following: SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
  • Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues and creating intelligence reports.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements.
  • Understanding of supply chain and working with commercial partners
  • Experience with commercial due diligence data
  • Proficient with technical targeting tools and databases

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: Competitive
