Sr. Principal Product ManagerThe Sr. Principal Product Manager will lead OCIs strategic product partnership engagements with global technology partners to drive joint product innovation, expand market adoption, and accelerate customer success. This role requires a strong mix of business development expertise, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to build partnerships that enhance OCIs product portfolio and ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in cloud technologies, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of scaling partnerships at enterprise level.ResponsibilitiesPartnership Strategy: Define and execute the long-term strategy for corporate product partnerships, aligning with OCIs global business priorities.Ecosystem Growth: Identify, evaluate, and establish high-impact partnerships with technology providers, ISVs, and enterprise software leaders to complement OCI products.Joint GTM Initiatives: Develop and launch co-branded solutions, integrated offerings, and go-to-market programs that accelerate customer adoption.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.Negotiations & Contracts: Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of partnership agreements that drive measurable business outcomes.Executive Engagement: Act as the primary OCI liaison with C-level executives at partner organizations to deepen strategic alignment.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform partnership decisions and roadmap planning.Metrics & Impact: Define success criteria, measure partnership performance, and report business impact to OCI leadership.Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
