Financial Analyst SrYou will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Tactical Missiles Finance Team. Our team is responsible for supporting program finance functions and positioning MFC for future success. As the Financial Analyst Sr you will lead the development and management of financial metrics, long-range planning, and strategic analysis to drive affordability and inform business decisions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing and managing long-range plans (LRP) for the business areaAnalyzing and reporting financial performance to senior managementSupporting Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) and presenting financial dataLeading budget and schedule preparation for contract workPerforming financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysisWe seek a collaborative, forward-thinking analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear business insights. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.Basic Qualifications:Experience establishing / managing program cost baselinesExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM)Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysisProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficient with formulas and pivot tablesAbility to work independentlyDesired Skills:Three (3) or more years of related experienceAbility to multi-task and manage challenging assignmentsAptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solverExcellent communication, presentation, and organization skillsIndustry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & ReportingWorking knowledge of Cobra and OracleExperience and ability to interface with senior managementExperience with data visualization softwareThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
