This position focuses on effective leadership of field sales associates, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business.What are we looking for?Bachelors Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred.3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi-functional teamsStrong business acumenPeople Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager roleAvailability to travel 70% of time is needed.Strong Communication and presentation skillsWhat would be your key responsibilities?Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned region through leadership of District Sales ManagersAchieve product penetration and focus objectives within assigned regionImplement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process within the assigned regionCoach and develop District Managers to help them build their business, achieve growth objectives and KPIsDevelop a High-Performance Team Collaboration environment through engagement of direct reports, coach and develop team to meet current responsibilities and prepare them for personal and professional growth.Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required.
