This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of construction project management and gain hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out.- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.- Support the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and resources.- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and meeting minutes.- Assist in tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting project status to stakeholders.- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.- Help manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project success.Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 1-3 years of experience in construction management or a related role preferred.- Commercial Interiors and/or Multifamily experience desired.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, MS Project is a plus).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
