An award-winning acute care hospital located in central Connecticut is now searching for an experienced Manager Revenue Cycle Operations to join their award-winning healthcare organization. 

This community-based acute care hospital is home to over 150 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient, primary care, and skilled nursing services. This network services more than 20 locations and supports a growing team of 100 experienced providers throughout the central Connecticut regions. The organization combines a dedicated team of healthcare providers that strive to enhance the overall health of all patients and community residents. 

Reporting to the Network Director Revenue Cycle, the Manager Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for managing all revenue cycle cash posting and customer service needs for the hospital and physician services. The Manager Revenue Cycle Operations has direct oversight of system credit balances, refunds, customer service issues, self-pay collections, county application processing, and charity or financial assistance. The Manager Revenue Cycle Operations will also manage self-pay vendors and ensure efficiency within the revenue cycle department.

  • Proven leadership experience in supervisory or managerial level roles
