Project ManagerThis opportunity is with a small/mid-sized organization in the property industry that specializes in construction and project development. The company is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects and maintaining long-term client relationships.Company does about $45M in annual revenue but are quickly growing. About 90% hard bid work. Main focus is on education projects but have capabilities for airport, municipal, and lab projects. About 16 total employees. Typical projects are around $30M but just picked up some ~$12M jobs.Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Project Managers will be expected to be on site for the duration of each project. Manage the full scope of work from start to close out. Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Monitor project progress, address risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project phases. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain project efficiency and quality.
