After Office Hours Social Worker

Job Summary: The After Office Hours Social Worker will provide behavioral health services for pediatric and adolescent patients who walk-in or call ahead to the after hours mental health program located at Nappi Wellness Institute. This position works collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psycho-social management and support to patients and families. This position will provide behavioral health consultation, assessment and therapy services to at-risk patients. The social worker will coordinate with the Integrated Care Manager and other ancillary staff on referrals to meet the psycho-social needs of patients and families. Minimum Qualifications: M.S.W from a Social Work program accredited by the Council on Social Work (CSWE); M.S.W., L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W. or eligible, 3 years relevant post-master's experience (preferably in a hospital and/or healthcare environment) required. New M.S.W. graduates who are L.M.S.W. eligible will be considered for appointment to entry level (SL2) position at a commensurate salary after obtaining a Limited Permit. Incumbent must obtain L.M.S.W. within 12 months of receipt of limited permit. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with the child/adolescent patient population preferred. Work Days: Evenings and weekends Message to Applicants: There are part time 40% and full time 100% positions available. The full-time salary range for this position is $71,500-$89,721, depending on education and experience. Additional compensation has been factored into account for evening and weekend shifts. This position may be eligible for student loan repayment options and is located at a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) - National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.
