Must be able to work during Black Friday weekAll shifts available SundaySaturday; hours will vary based on business needsPrior customer service experience and a strong service-oriented attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask across systemsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPrevious experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment or other seasonal based roles is helpful but not required.What will you be doing?Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding gift cards, fundraising programs, student motivation initiatives, discount movie tickets, movie treat packages, bulk discounts, and more.Process orders from start to finish, including data entry, product pulling, inventory activation, packaging, and shipping with accuracy and timeliness.Promote and sell the "gift of entertainment" by explaining product options and helping customers choose the best fit for their needs.Assist customers with gift card balance inquiries and transaction history requests.Support theatre teams with questions and needs related to gift cards and gift products.Represent Marcus Theatres with a positive, caring attitude and thorough knowledge of all gift products.Perform additional duties as assigned.Pay Estimate: $18/hourAbout Us: As part of the prestigious Marcus Corporation, Marcus Theatres has been captivating audiences since 1935, when we opened our first theater in Ripon, WI.
