The Care Team Coordinator (Non-Certified) rooms the patient, completes team documentation and performs in-between visit functions within the specific team care structure to provide excellent patient care to those we serve.Work Shift:Mon-Fri; variable days and hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with possible expanded hoursJob Qualifications:Education:For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or documented successful completion of the following courses (or their recognized course equivalent) currently or within one year of hire:Medical TerminologyAnatomy & Physiology or Body Structure & Function or Human Body in Health & DiseasePharmacologyPreferred/Optional: NoneExperience:Minimum Required: One and a half years' experience in a healthcare setting required if not a graduate of a MA or LPN program.Preferred/Optional: One year experience as a Medical Assistant (MA).Certifications/Licenses:The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
