Role: BA with KYC

Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid/3 days a week from day one)


Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst having knowledge on KYC analysis to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.


The Roles

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • keeping records of transactions to ensure that all legal requirements are met and that the correct data is recorded.
  • Complete KYC on boarding for new and pre-exiting customer (KYC Refresh) by reviewing client documentation, vendor databases, and data entered into proprietary
  • Examine transaction records for precision and agreement with other system records
  • Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure



Requirements:

You are:

  • Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding potential new clients
  • Evaluating high-risk accounts
  • Monitoring customer behavior patterns within the firm
  • Studying market trends
  • Analyzing risk and compliance issues of new product proposals
