We are looking for someone who can confidently run the day-to-day operations of the home health branch and take ownership of its continued success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee both the clinical and operational performance of the branchManage financial health and clinical quality metricsLead and develop a high-performing team, meeting regularly with direct reportsEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulationsEngage in patient care and staff training as neededCollaborate with leadership to execute business goals and improve outcomesQualifications:Active Texas RN licenseMinimum of 3 years of experience in Home Health as an RNProven experience leading a home health branch or teamStrong working knowledge of HCHB (Homecare Homebase) on both the field and administrative sidesDemonstrated leadership and servant-minded approach to team managementMust live within commuting distance or be willing to relocateCompensation and Benefits:Salary: $110,000 – $125,000Bonuses:Clinical Quality (Quarterly)Financial Health (Monthly)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurancePaid Time Off: 10 sick days, 10 PTO days, 2 personal holidays, and 7 federal holidays – totaling 29 days per yearWork Schedule:Location: On-site at the branch officeHours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMIdeal Background:We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:Strong tenure with reputable home health organizationsSolid management experience with direct leadership of clinical and administrative teamsHands-on leadership style and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get involved wherever neededCulture:Our culture is grounded in servant leadership.
