Their experienced team is committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional craftsmanship across all project stages.Job DescriptionOversee daily operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly. Proven experience working in healthcare, K12, Higher Education, Municipal projects and managing complex, high-budgets. Between 3-5 years of working experience in construction, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Expertise in managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety compliance.
