Role: IT Technical Analyst

Location: Wilsonville, OR - hybrid following training

Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Annual Salary: Pending additional details on compensation

POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Technical Analyst supports company computer systems, working closely with IT management. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of business computer systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and configure software and functions.
  • Develop and maintain local networks.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to produce new systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Train users on new operating systems.
  • Maintain repair and maintenance records.
  • Ensure network and system security and privacy.
  • Provide first-line support during various shifts.
  • Travel to branch locations up to 50% of each month.
  • Provide technical support for various devices and applications.
  • Maintain and expand IT Knowledge Base documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of each month. Lodging and meals provided.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of computer systems, networks, and internet security.
  • Strong communication, user support, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years in technical support/customer service roles.
  • Equivalent education, training, or experience accepted.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regularly required to see, talk, and hear.
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Generally quiet office environment.
  • Uses standard office equipment.
  • Travels up to 50% of each month.
