Responsibilities

  •  Improve existing software development processes and procedures, ensuring consistent standard and best practices across multiple product development initiatives.
  • Help create long-term roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint objectives are met.
  • Develop and administer technical training and certification programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team.
  • Work with engineers from other disciplines to develop software requirements and support design artifacts
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.


Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ relevant engineering experience.
  • 3+years’ experience in a technical lead/engineering management position.
  • Experience guiding agile teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and automated test.
  • Experience with cloud services, such as AWS.
