Moonlight Home Care is looking for Home Care Aide who has CHHA Certification to serve a client in Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. Client has been approved for 49 hours. Providing assistance to our client with ADL's, light housekeeping, errands, mobility, meal preparation, medication assistance, and companionship.

Client needs hands on assistance with all ADL's.

Member is alert and oriented. Needs wheelchair and walker due to muscle weakness.
