You will also, be responsible to design and develop investor communication services solutions along with a core team of engineers who would gather and provide feedback on as-is state. Experience working with large financial services client environments and multi geo teams. Proven ability working with client Business, Product Owners and Technology stake holders and managing expectations and communications independently. • Experienced to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures leveraging industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business and technology goals. Experience working with executives and ability to build consensus between diverse and often conflicting interests, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve agreement on technical plans. Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation) and knowledge of BPMN 2.0 Experience in business process optimization and performance improvement. Demonstrable experience in the design of large-scale engines, batch intraday and real time, serving multiple regions. Design and architect robust solutions - proof of completing complex architectures Experience with cloud-first architectures and how to design solutions that take advantage of the opportunities they offer. Ensure cloud systems adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching senior engineers; working directly with clients; and helping to define and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions. Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership. Experience working with technical specialists in multiple projects and services, on problems that require broad architectural thinking. • Proven experience in delivering complex and high impact solutions. • ssess business processes, Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state • nalyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate • Lead by example and constant learner. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
