Our Card Site plays a critical role in our acquisition funnel and decisioning. The Card's Site Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will define the strategy and deliver the capabilities to maintain the core site platform, deliver critical personalization investments across full customer journey, and lead the horizontal working team of acquisitions stakeholders contributing new experiences to the Site.As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:Owning the Card Site platform - the front door for customers shopping and applying for C1 credit cardsDefining the strategy to invest in our real time data infrastructure for deeper personalizationLeading & defining the working model for front end teams at Capital One to deliver experiences through our Site Platform in a well-managed wayCapital One Product FrameworkIn this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutionsBusiness Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellenceTechnology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term valueIntegrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risksTransformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignmentBasic Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience working in Product ManagementCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications:Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
