Immunization Pharmacist

Insight Global is seeking multiple Healthcare Services Pharmacists for a large retail pharmacy and healthcare company in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate for this role is a Pharmacist who is passionate about making an impact on the company and make a difference in the industry. This role is will not include filling prescriptions, but all other clinical services that the pharmacy provides to their customers and patients. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing a strong customer service experience and clinical services to patients. The Pharmacist will greet patients and offer assistance with products and services that the Pharmacy provides. The Pharmacist will ensure patients are aware of the healthcare services provided including patient consultation, medication management or drug therapy reviews. Clinical or wellness services could include immunizations, diagnostic testing and patient outcome services. The Pharmacist must have strong time management and organization skills to ensure they're scheduling their days around immunization appointments and daily walk ins while managing their other responsibilities. Expectations would be to focus on providing immunizations by appointment or walk-ins, a minimum of 3-8 immunizations per hour. Pharmacists will be held to metrics surrounding immunizations and triage phone calls.
