Housekeeper PositionAmentum is seeking a Housekeeper located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing house cleaning requirements throughout the facility.Job Requirements:Change linens and make beds as required.Dust and clean all furniture, picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, carpet edges, inside and outside door panels, door ledges, and thresholds on a weekly basis.Pull trash from trash receptacles.Clear trash from tables and floors.Clean and vacuum under beds, desk, and behind nightstands multiple times per week or as needed.Clean and ensure bathtubs/showers, tub ledges, sinks, vanity shelves, toilets, tissue box covers, and soap dishes are clean.Sweep and mop all tile floors.Dust all lights, sconces, and lampshades.Perform laundry duties as assigned.Notify Supervisor of any quality control issues.Notify Supervisor of needed repairs which might require the assistance of the Public Works department.For Billeting Rooms Only: Upon guest departure, clean the inside and outside of each refrigerator and microwave.Ensure the time on the alarm clock and microwave is accurate.Ensure thermostat in each billet is set 70 degrees.Assist the Conferencing and Concierge staff with Housekeeping requests as required.Other tasks as assigned.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentUS or Naturalized CitizenMust have valid Driver's licensePhysically able to stand, bend, lift for the duration of shift.Physically able to lift up to 15lbs frequently and up to 30lbs occasionally.Walking, kneeling, bending, and repetitive motion for cleaning surfaces and using cleaning agents.Must have a U.S. government issued clearance at time of applicationAmentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
