Revenues in 2022 for BA were $6B and there are approximately 18,000 employees globally.As a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. You will lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and youll work out of one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company significantly by leveraging your extensive experience in customer marketing to drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify customer insights, and deliver targeted campaigns will strengthen customer relationships and position the company as a leader in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of individual contributors across AMRS in developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty in our key verticals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.You Must Have:Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.We Value:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).Dynamic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Innovative and creative thinking, as we encourage new ideas and approaches to drive continuous improvement.Benefits:Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental HealthPaid Vacation401k Plan/Retirement Benefits (as per regional policy)Career GrowthProfessional DevelopmentThe annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142,000 $178,000.
