We're looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you'll primarily focus on managing employee co-invest funds, with some involvement in LP matters. Responsibilities include accounting, reporting, and analytical tasks tied to these funds, along with participation in fundraising and investor relations activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A background in Big Four public accounting, preferably with 2-4 years of experience, is highly preferred, along with CPA certification. Proficiency in GAAP financial reporting standards and software tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Investran is advantageous.
