Job Title: Director of IT

Salary: Up to $200,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of IT to join our team in Nashville, TN. This pivotal role demands a leader with a robust background in Android phone integrations, unified technology solutions, and centralized systems setup. The ideal candidate will balance tactical execution and strategic planning, with a focus on optimizing our IT infrastructure and supporting our strategic M&A initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership (70% Tactical):
    • Oversee the integration of Android phone systems with existing IT infrastructure.
    • Implement and manage unified technology solutions to streamline operations.
    • Design, deploy, and maintain centralized systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT support issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Oversee network and server management, including maintenance, upgrades, and security.
  2. Strategic Planning (30% Strategic):
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
    • Lead IT-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
    • Identify and address IT pain points to improve overall system performance and user satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance IT operations and security.
  3. Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines are met and operational goals are achieved.
    • Provide regular performance feedback and professional development opportunities for IT staff.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
    • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to convey complex IT concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Android phone integrations, unified technology solutions, and centralized systems setup.
  • Proven track record in managing IT support, network, and server management.
  • Experience with strategic M&A initiatives, including IT integration and support during transitions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
