This role involves working within local department stores to merchandise Michael Kors inventory in the Accessories (Handbags, Small Leather Goods) and Footwear departments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute visual merchandising according to planograms and brand directivesMaintain product presentation standards and stock levelsEducate and inform store management and associates about brand initiatives and product knowledgeBuild strong relationships with store teams to support brand successEngage with customers as needed to promote the Michael Kors brandSubmit Store Visit ReportsUsing ThirdChannel technology on a smart deviceQualificationsPrevious visual merchandising experience, preferably in upscale department storesPassion for the Michael Kors brand and/or luxury/premium accessoriesStrong attention to detail and visual presentation skillsExcellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solveMust own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ or Android 13.0+)Compensation & BenefitsCompensation starting at $30/hour (varies by market and experience)Flexible schedule coordinated with store managementOpportunity to gain experience in merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagementAdditional InformationImmediate start date available upon completion of onboardingOnboarding certification must be completed prior to first store visitAbout ThirdChannelThirdChannel provides the only in-store and online retail technology solution powered by passionate brand experts.
