Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • CNA certification from a state-approved training program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
