Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and Maintain Networks: Develop, implement, and maintain their network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand network requirements, propose solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot: Optimize network performance and security by configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, Ruckus Access Points, and Fortinet firewalls.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Network Security: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors and service providers to ensure effective network management and support.


Job Qualifications:

  • Procurement and Tracking: Handle the procurement of network hardware, track shipments, and manage warranty service requests.
  • Ticketing and Privacy: Accurately use the ticketing and purchasing systems to manage client transactions while ensuring client data privacy.
