Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Santa Clarita, CA. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services for patients of all ages with a focus on family practice care. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for performing physical exams, implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education and preventative care.


Qualifications

  • Active California Nurse Practitioner license
  • Minimum of Master's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and patient counseling skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Office Ally
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States
