We are looking for a skilled and compassionate provider with experience in primary care and nursing home environments. The ideal candidate will feel confident managing patients independently while also working collaboratively within a supportive care team.
Qualifications:
Active Florida NP or PA license required
Strongly preferred: experience in family medicine and long-term care settings
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
