What will you will do in this role:
· Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
· Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
· Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
·2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care RN experience within unit required
·Licensed a a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
·Current BLS required
·Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
·BSN is preferred
