This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, UT facility./ph3Position Overview/h3pThis person will contribute to the companys success by interfacing with multiple departments and organizations and is primarily responsible for ensuring project deliverables are completed on schedule through manufacturing areas. The work will include communicating, coordinating, and negotiating workflow through multiple work centers via various functional organizations to secure needed resources while ensuring changing customer demands, and schedule deadlines are met./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliExpedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules/liliMonitor order status, including material status, managing work in progress (WIP) areas, location accuracy, inventory discrepancies, manufacturing and program support, and communication support/liliAnalyze material configuration and job order status using SAP (ERP/MRP system)/liliEnsure availability of materials to meet production requirements and delivery commitments/liliStage daily work using factory Visual Management Systems (VMS)/liliIdentify and create goals that lead to the successful completion of project deliverables within the allotted time/liliPerform detailed schedule, risk, and continuous improvement-based analysis to identify, develop, and drive solutions/liliRegularly lifting, twisting, bending, and rotating with up to 32 pounds/liliWorking overtime, nontraditional days or hours, and weekends/holidays when needed/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience./ph3Preferred Additional Skills/h3ulliExperience in Military, Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, Production, Assembly, Warehouse, etc./liliExperience with face to face customer service, communications, and problem-solving skills/liliExperience with, or exposure to, Project Management related work/liliExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)/liliInterpret basic engineering instructions and drawings/li/ulpL3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
