*Job Summary*

A hospital client based in *Plainsboro Township, NJ* has an onsite contract opportunity for a _*Licensed Social Worker*_. Shift schedule is Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with every 4th weekend rotation. This is a 13 week contract with possibility of extension.

The _*Licensed Social Worker*_ is an active part of the multidisciplinary team and is focused on discharge planning and coordinating post acute services for the patients.

*Job Qualification*
* Required- Master's in Social Work
* Required - Licensed Social Worker
* Required- Minimum of 1+ years experience in a hospital or healthcare setting as a Social Worker.
