  • Initial contract: 3-months
  • Pay rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for documentation processes and systems, including the creation of logbooks and control-issued documents.
  • Assist in the organization and upkeep of the document archival room.
  • File and maintain controlled documents and records, ensuring accuracy and ease of retrieval.
  • Scan, verify, and archive documentation and records efficiently.
  • Perform general word processing tasks with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ensure correct and timely input of database entries, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy.
  • Actively participate in training sessions related to job responsibilities.
  • Alert managers to compliance questions and issues as they arise.
  • Offer additional support and assistance on various tasks and projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree, but a High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
  • Possess keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various documents and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
