Position Overview:
Phillips is seeking a talented and creative Corporate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Corporate Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling and impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the success and growth of a global industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design a wide range of print and digital materials, including brochures, catalogs, advertisements, packaging, presentations, website graphics, social media assets, and more.
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of progress on projects, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Develop, maintain and update the brand’s visual identity and brand standards across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Phillips brand guidelines and values.
- Experience in developing and refining brand guidelines to uphold the corporate brand identity across all strategic business units (SBUs), while also integrating unique characteristics of each SBU.
- Translate marketing objectives and messaging into engaging and visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and edit product photography and renderings, ensuring high-quality and professional presentation of Phillips’ products across various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date and forward thinking with creative and industry trends, design tools, and best practices, and incorporate innovative design techniques to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our marketing materials. (ex. AI, 3D images and animations, etc)
- Collaborate and coordinate the translation of marketing materials into other languages for our customers.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize, coordinate and execute filming/photography projects including but not limited to social media reels, install videos, product commercials, and team events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including printers and production teams, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design assets.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain service quotes that align with the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic financial management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce and design engaging visual content for webinars that enhances viewer experience and communication effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Experience developing impactful tradeshow booths, displays and experiential design.
- Expert in creating top-notch product imagery that captivates audiences and highlights the unique features and quality of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and other design/editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital materials, with a focus on branding, typography, layout, and composition.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
- Solid understanding and practice in design principles, typography, color theory, and production processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, receiving feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Experience in the transportation industry or manufacturing sector is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills within the nature of file naming, file organization, revisions and graphic design processes.
- Strong Photography and Videography skills.
- Fluent in Multiple languages preferred but not required (Spanish, French and Polish specifically)
