As we approach four decades of unparalleled success, our brand continues to thrive, and as a result, our teams are expanding We are seeking a results-driven individual with a knack for optimizing processes and fostering collaborative relationships to join our team as a Returns Coordinator.


In this pivotal role, you will navigate the intricacies of returns from the E-commerce Department (macduggal.com, Marketplaces), each with its unique challenges. Your keen analytical skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the precision of return processing.


Responsibilities.

  • Work with the back-of-house returns team to ensure a smooth process when receiving return shipments
  • Reconcile return “Scan Sheets” to ensure accuracy against what was received
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each E-commerce Channel, procedures, and policies for returns and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and policies are met
  • Develop a strong understanding of our inventory system (AIMS) and how to process/credit returns for different scenarios
  • Develop relationships across internal and external functions that allow you to come to solutions, influence strategy, plans and work to improve value through service, experience, availability, quality, and cost
  • Process returns, troubleshoot questions and problem-solve
  • Regularly evaluate processes, systems, and procedures and present improvements to the manager
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leaders of all levels (C-level to entry-level)
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and manage personal deliverables and deadlines top of mind
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform all duties in an accurate, timely, and professional manner within the guidelines of company procedures and policies, while maintaining a flexible approach to resolving consumer requests
  • Spanish Bilingual/multilingual, speaking & written preferred but not required
