As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources function and fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

Focus:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and meet staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates aligned with company values and requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for hiring integrity.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation and benefits enrollment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and programs.
  • Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration for positive employee relations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives for job satisfaction and retention.
  • Support performance management through goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages and assisting with inquiries.



Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws as well as understanding of state and federal regulations and payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
