Production Supervisor – Electric Marine Manufacturing (Los Angeles)We’re building the next generation of high-performance electric boats and cleaner, quieter, and engineered from the ground up. Our growing marine manufacturing team is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day shop floor operations at our LA facility. This is a floor-based leadership role. You’ll work side by side with technicians, keep builds on schedule, and take ownership of safety, quality, and output in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll doLead, assign, and track work for the production technician team against build schedulesHire, train, develop, and manage techniciansEnforce safety, quality, timekeeping, and shop organization standardsPartner closely with engineering and production leaders to set priorities and timelinesMaintain tooling and consumable inventoryDrive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and productivityWhat we’re looking for5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environmentPrior experience leading a team or major projectsComfortable getting hands-on when neededFlexible, resourceful, and able to keep complex builds movingNice to haveStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable pushing a high paceInterest in boating and clean energyCompensation $120,000–$140,000 base salary
