We’re hiring a Contract Recruiter to help connect top-tier professionals with consulting and contract opportunities across the financial services space. You’ll step into a desk with active roles, engaged clients, and a recruiting engine built for speed — giving you the chance to make an impact immediately. You’ll be working on high-demand roles that move quickly and pay big. What You’ll Do Recruit top compliance professionals for consulting and contract roles. Manage full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and closing. Partner with business development to fill client needs quickly and accurately. Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-deploy candidates. Stay sharp on compliance trends, regulations, and market demand. Deliver exceptional service that keeps both clients and candidates coming back. What You Bring 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience (financial services preferred but not required). Strong sourcing skills and an instinct for matching the right talent to the right opportunity. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
