Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Materials Management Organization (MMO) in Huntsville, Alabama. We're looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to help produce Boeing's Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) seeker-an integral part of the world's most advanced air defense system. Recently, the PAC-3 was honored as the 2025 "Coolest Thing Made in Alabama: in the statewide Manufacturing Madness competition.Position Responsibilities:Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsApplies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chainCoordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customersIncorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production planCoordinates part number attributesVerifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning systemReleases and maintains ordersDocuments and resolves order delinquenciesReports schedule adherence issuesApplies developed solutions to inventory plansAnalyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventoriesCreates schedules for products and servicesCoordinates and supports process improvementsWorks under general supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years' experience in supply chain or materials management1+ years' experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environmentExperience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience with Compass ContractActive U.S Secret Security ClearanceConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Work Location: This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
