Robert Half is in search of a dedicated Financial Reporting Analyst to bolster our team in supporting the quarterly close process, specifically concentrating on the International Channels and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sectors. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a knack for insightful financial analysis, and a passion for process enhancement. Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the quarterly close process for International Channels and DTC segments, meticulously preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports for executive review.
  • Execute intricate financial analyses to uncover pivotal business drivers and succinctly communicate findings to executive leadership.
  • Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, such as Corporate Reporting, FP&A, and Accounting, to drive ongoing improvements in reporting methodologies, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiencies.
  • Act as a liaison with external auditors, furnishing requested PBC items and providing comprehensive responses to audit inquiries to ensure a seamless financial statement audit process.
  • Innovate and challenge existing processes to streamline operations, ensuring effective communication of results to Executive Management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, including availability for overtime and weekend work during peak quarterly close periods.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing competing priorities and adapting to evolving requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is advantageous.
  • Proven track record with 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess, coupled with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating autonomy in decision-making.
  • Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus but not mandatory.
