AI Program Delivery ManagerAt Writer, we help our customers become AI-first companies by transforming each function in their organization in a deeply partnered way. As an AI Program Delivery Manager, you'll help enterprises adopt Writer, enabling them to transform their processes and workflows to be AI-first. You play a key role in ensuring that customers gain early wins and establish the foundation for AI adoption at scale.Your responsibilities:Act as part of the account team, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, to ensure successful customer adoption of Writer.Define and own a comprehensive delivery plan across all workstreams mapped to our customer success blueprint (delivery methodology).Collaborate with customers on program planning, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to the plan for key deliverables and milestones.Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate as needed, potential risks that could impact the success of the customer's adoption of the Writer platform.Develop and execute a communication plan to keep all customer and internal stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle.Is this you?Strong background in complex program and/or project management, delivering SaaS and/or enterprise AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers.Highly consultative and also experienced in the art of change management.
