The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their customer service experience to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding teamResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Identify service drive opportunities to sales department.Monitor clients who have any of the following: over mileage, lease maturity, contract ending, or equity and warranty expiration, and maintain contact via email, phone and utilizing CRM, Infobahn and Mastermind.Work as a liaison between service and sales to turn service drive opportunities into new sales for the dealership.Work cooperatively with both service and sales staff.Establish needs and benefit analysis for clients potential trade-in vehicles.The Rallye Motor Company is committed to attracting and retaining a talented and diverse workforce that supports our culture of customer service and automotive excellence.
