Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for daily communication and project updates
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop advertising strategies that meet their goals
  • Manage the execution of client campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations
  • Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing clients with regular reporting and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or challenges, escalating issues when necessary
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches when needed
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, overseeing their work and helping them grow in their roles


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of account/client services experience in an advertising agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work hybrid at our client’s office in Fort Worth
