Inside Sales Representativedormakaba is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Lexington, KY. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting, new business development, inbound order requests, and day to day requirements for our clients. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating different solutions and the attractiveness of dormakaba's innovative suite of products and solutions.HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $45,000 - $60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus a generous Sales Incentive Compensation. This position includes a competitive benefits package.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Drive profitable sales growth through new business development efforts as well as increasing "share of the wallet" with existing clientsSolidify reputation as a trusted advisor deploying consultative approach to generating new businessIdentify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and marketsContinuously review competitive market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenuePerform effectively within a cross-functional team that is comprised of both internal and external stakeholdersWHAT WE REQUIRE:2+ years' experience working in an Account Management/Inside Sales role or a related fieldAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office for WindowsExperience using Sales Force or related software programExcellent command of the English language, written and verbalWHAT WE PREFER:Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related fieldExperience working within organizations such as manufacturing, ATM's, Financial Institutions, armored transportation or related fieldSpanish speaking would be an asset
