Forklift OperatorLocation: Decatur, ILPay Rate: $19.65/hourShifts Available: 2nd & 3rdAbout the RoleWe are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Decatur, IL. In this role, you'll be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials, supporting production, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trucks, move materials to storage areas, and supply production linesMaintain accurate records of inventory movementPerform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needsFollow all company and OSHA safety guidelinesQualificationsValid forklift certification or proven experience operating forkliftsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyFlexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as scheduledSchedule2nd Shift: Typically 3:00 PM 11:00 PM3rd Shift: Typically 11:00 PM 7:00 AM(Exact hours may vary depending on production needs.)Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $19.65/hourOvertime opportunities availableHealth, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holiday payJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.65/hr.
